I've personally in Italy at a ModCON. Gary was amazing. Brilliant, funny, clever and with ease with everything and everyone. It's an honor to have such "grand-dad" in RPGs! Truly missing your soul old dad! We miss you deeply and madly. Go fly with dragons and all the fantasy which this "ugly and grey" world can still give you! You truly deserve the best Gary

I would like to thank Gary for everything. Simply put I would not have read the countless books I have if it wasn't for Gary contribution. I wouldn't know the people I know, and I wouldn't know myself as I do if it wasn't for him. It's only fair that we honor him in anyway we can and a small statue in a park should only be a small offering to the greatness that is Gary. The decision to erect this monument should be a no-brainer.
